In Time for Mother’s Day

Spring is here, blustery though it may be. What better way to celebrate the season than with a brilliantly colorful craft which celebrates all the beautiful flowers in bloom that the family can do together.

Coffee filters have become very popular for crafting flowers with little effort. With Kwik Stix tempera paints, we've made it even easier by having little or no mess to clean up. Kwik Stix dry in 90 seconds. So unlike other coffee filter crafts, there’s no dripping, drying and waiting to display your design.

Coffee Filter Flowers

Step 1:

Grab some coffee filters! Any ol' brand will do just fine.

Step 2:

Paint one side of the coffee filter, then allow 90 seconds for the Kwik Stix to dry. Repeat this process on the other side.

Step 2.5:

Fold the coffee filter into fourths and trim the coffee filter to create the petals. If you like, Fill the center of the coffee filter with the excess trimmings.
